Partner Commission Structure:
Commission Fee: 10% of the total loan fee received by MS Equity Group LLC upon closing will be distributed to involved partners.
Exclusive Terms: The $5,000–$10,000 initial fee and 1–2% of the loan amount remain fixed for you, regardless of any fee markup you choose to apply.
Partnership & Process Expectations:
To ensure smooth operations, we will keep all parties informed at every stage. At the appropriate time, including the client in communications will facilitate introductions to lenders. While MS Equity Group LLC acts as a resource, these relationships remain yours to manage. Our role is to support and strengthen the trust you’ve built with your clients.
